Terms of use including the provider Davos Adventure Park’s disclaimer for the summer season (rope park & rental bikes or skateboards) 

The terms of use must be read and accepted in writing by all users before entering the Adventure Park. Please mark with a cross below.
For users under the age of 18, the legal guardian must discuss the terms of use with the participants in advance and confirm their agreement in writing. Please check the box below.

1. The minimum age for the children's course is 4 years. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. 
2. The minimum age for the high course is 7 years and the minimum height is 130cm. Children from 7 to 9 years old must be accompanied by an adult and children from 10 to 12 years old must be supervised by an adult. Each accompanying person may accompany a maximum of six children and each supervisor may supervise a maximum of ten children at any one time. The maximum permitted weight per person is 120 kilograms. 
3. The facility is supervised from the ground by staff. Use of the Adventure Park is associated with risks. Visitors to the Adventure Park use the courses independently and at their own risk and responsibility. 
4. The length of stay in the Adventure Park is limited to three hours. If the Adventure Park is closed for safety or weather-related reasons, there is no entitlement to a refund of the admission price. This also applies if a guest ends the course early or is excluded from using the park as a result of a breach of park rules. 
5. All instructions and decisions of Adventure Park staff must be strictly followed. Non-compliance or breaches of instructions and these terms and conditions of use may result in immediate exclusion from the Adventure Park. 
6. Insurance is the responsibility of the user. 
7. The Adventure Park sports facility of the municipality of Davos accepts no liability for any damage that may arise (directly or indirectly) in connection with the use of the Adventure Park. The municipality of Davos specifically also disclaims this liability if these conditions of use are disregarded, circumvented or violated. 
8. Every person must take part in the entire practical safety instruction before using the climbing facilities. Any ambiguities in the instruction must be addressed and clarified with the Adventure Park staff. 
9. The borrowed equipment (helmet, climbing harness, etc.) must be used strictly in accordance with the instructions and must be returned without being asked at the end of the usage period (max. 3 hours). Any damage to the equipment and special incidents (e.g. falls) must be reported to the Adventure Park staff. 
10. The use of the Adventure Park is prohibited for persons with a serious mental or physical impairment. Persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs or strong medication are not permitted to use the Adventure Park. 
11. No objects that could pose a danger to users themselves or to other persons (jewelry, cell phones, cameras, etc.) may be carried on the Adventure Park. Long hair must be tied back. Loose clothing should be avoided (leggings must be worn under skirts). Sporty clothing is recommended. Closed shoes are compulsory. 
12. It is not permitted to throw or leave objects or any form of waste on the ground - please use the waste garbage cans provided for this purpose. Smoking, eating and drinking on the course is prohibited. 
13. The use of a helmet is mandatory and protective clothing (knee and elbow pads) is recommended. 
14. The hirer is liable for all costs that exceed normal wear and tear (i.e. for willful or malicious damage). 
15. The employees of the Adventure Park are entitled at any time to demand that users and their supervisors or accompanying persons present official identification and to refuse admission if they are not legitimized.
16. Place of jurisdiction is Davos. Swiss law shall apply exclusively.
